It’s one thing to tell your story. But successful organizations use more than words; they operate with intention so that everything—from product suites to UX to program offerings—communicate something essential. Marketing, brand and innovation departments typically operate in silos, but I operate across departments to design products, services and experiences. I've found this part of my brain particularly valuable when it comes to designing for social challenges.
